Store Pick-Up Policy

Store picks are a good way to reserve your items, and also cut down on shipping cost.

All items selected for store pick-up are confirmed and reserved for the customer, but have the following terms;

• Customers are permitted 14 days to reserve the items for store pick-up.
• Customers can pick up items during shop opening times stated below;
• Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 5:00pm 
• Saturday and Sunday - 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Failure to Pick up Items;
• Cash on Delivery customers;
• BabySpace Shop reserves the right to cancel store pick ups which are not completed within 14 days
• Customers who have made full payment;
• BabySpace Shop will contact customers who fail to pick up within 14 days and discuss full re-fund or alternative delivery methods
• If customers are unreachable BabySpace Shop reserves the right to cancel items and will process refunds within 30 days

Customers are required to contact BabySpace Shop via email info@babyspace.lk or by phone on 0762558882 if they are not able to pick up in 14 days and/or to confirm their most convenient pick up dates and times.
