How do I track my order?
It will be fully tracked , and an email notification will be sent to you by our team. The courier person will also contact you. If you need more information on getting the tracking number/status please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery Zones and Charges
- Zone A (Colombo 1-15) - Rs. 200
- Zone B (Colombo Suburbs) - Rs. 250
- Zone C (Outstation) - Rs. 350
- Zone D (Outstation) - Rs. 450
- Zone E (Outstation) - Rs. 500
SAME DAY DELIVERY ZONES AND CHARGES
- Delivery for same day is only done in the following locations. The rates are same for payment done through card, deposit, and cash on delivery (COD)
ZONE A1 (as per table below) - Rs. 350
ZONE B1 (as per table below) - Rs. 450
- Delivery will be on the following day or within 3 days, if you are living in Colombo (1-15) and you have placed your order before 2 pm.
- Delivery for all orders placed out of Colombo (1-15) area will take between 2 to 7 working days from the date of order placement.
- Order deliveries within Colombo (1-15) area, suburbs or outstation will not be made on Sundays.
- Orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery time if it is a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.
- Shop.BabySpace.lk is committed to meeting delivery times as specified for your region. However, Shop.BabySpace.lk cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of clear delivery instructions not left for the carrier.
- Discounts codes are not applicable for delivery rates, unless is specified in discount code policy
- BabySpace uses third party courier services. While we make sure to select the most professional services we are not liable for any issues arising from couriers' while delivering products. Kindly forward any issues or concerns to to email@example.com or call on 0762558882

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?
You can only change the shipping address before dispatch. If you enter a wrong address by mistake please email to email@example.com
Any change of address should only be communicated to BabySpace and not to the third party courier. The customer is liable to pay any additional charges for change of address while package is in transit.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
You will have to contact the customer care in advance and inform if you are not available on the day of your delivery.
How much duties and taxes do I have to pay?
All taxes are born by BabySpace Shop. If you live outside of Colombo 1-15 certain courier charges may apply and you will be called in advance to be notified if this is the case. You may chose to cancel your order if you are not happy to pay this.
