How do I make an order?

  1. Search from our products or variants and add them to your cart
  2. Once added you can edit the quantities or remove products
  3. Proceed to check out page
  4. On the check out page you need to;
    1. Enter your email or Phone number
    2. Select your shipping method, this will recalculate your final order value
  5. On the same check out page enter your shipping address and proceed to payment selection
  6. You can select to pay either Cash on Delivery (For Colombo 1 - 15 only), Bank Deposit or through our payment gateway which supports Credit Cards, Mobile Wallets, and Internet Payments
  7. Select "Complete Order". We will call you to follow up on your order
  8. You will be emailed a order confirmation email
  9. We will communicate the delivery of product date and times

Can I call you to make an order?
Yes. You can call us on 0762558882 to request an order. We will send you an email invoice when the order is confirmed by you.

Where do your products come from?
We work with local manufacturers as well as those worldwide who produce to the highest standards and greatest care with you and your little one in mind.

Can I customize a hamper?
The following elements can be customized on availability of stock;

  • Accessories colours
  • Change in blanket patterns or towel colours
  • Change in ribbon colours used
  • Change in card used

What are the deliver methods and fees?
We will deliver to your doorstep within 2-5 days of your order. The shipping charges are as following;

Standard Shipping Rates for Orders below Rs. 8,000;

  • Within Colombo 1-15 - Rs.300 per order (Estimate delivery 2-3 Days of order, or next day delivery)
  • Other Locations - Rs. 400 per order (Estimate delivery 3-4 Days of order)
  • Certain courier rates may apply for long distance deliveries outside of Colombo District

Do you have free shipping in Colombo?
We do not have this at the moment. However we do provide free shipping for orders over Rs. 8,000 in value.

Can I pick up my items from you store?

Yes, you can pay and pick up your items from 658/112, Mahawila Gardens, Baseline Road, Colombo 09

What are the payment methods accepted?
We work with our payment provider to provide you options through Visa, Mastercard, (Amex to be supported soon), eZCash, MCash, and internet banking with Sampath Bank.

Can I dispute an order or request a refund?
Refunds are only processed within 30 days and any issues should be emailed to within this time. Refunds are processed within 4-7 days. Certain items like foods, flowers will not be refunded.
